APOSTLE CARLTON & PROPHETESS CHRISTINE BOWEN
Immanuel Temple of Praise Ministries International is a faith-based ministry, believing in the word of God as the church’s foundation and committed to the fulfilling of the great commission set forth by Jesus Christ. To go out into the entire world and preach the gospel to all creation. Apostle and Prophetess Bowen being bond servants of the Lord have been committed to teaching and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Serving the community with gladness, joy, influencing lives and families by leading and equipping men and women to win souls for the Kingdom.
Apostle Carlton has over 20 years in serving the Lord. Born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica where his call to ministry began in his local church, teaching in Sunday school. He relocated to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba where he taught Bible study and played the drums in church. After moving to Houston Texas, he accepted his calling as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and was licensed in 2006. As a leader in the community, his passion is equipping God’s people through teaching sound doctrine and preaching the gospel so that they may have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
In 2013 he heard the clarion call was ordained and accepted his calling to begin the work of the Lord birthing Immanuel Temple of Praise Ministries, Int. Affirmed in 2017 into the office of an Apostle.
Prophetess Christine was licensed in 2008 as a minister of the gospel. Ordained as a Pastor alongside of her husband and affirmed into the office of a Prophet in 2017. she delights herself in the Lord by giving back to the community. She has a powerful testimony as a Breast Cancer survivor.
Her desire to win souls goes beyond the four walls of the church. Collaborating with other ministries to fulfill the prophecy of training up a child in the way that they should go and when they get older, they will not depart.
She is a certified Christian Life Coach, Christian Counselor MA and in 2019 she birthed Real Talk Just 4 Women.
Apostle and Prophetess continue to press towards the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus edifying the body of Christ as our ministry scripture tells us to in Isaiah 60:1“Arise, shine for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.”
While fulling the vision and mission, and humbly serving God and his people.
